- To monitor the service delivery performance effectiveness and quality, collect and analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement timely improvements to enhance performance on the delivery app;
- Implement flexible strategies for recruiting, training, managing, and retaining riders/drivers throughout the entire process
- To optimize resource and allocation on based on different business and standardize business management to minimize operational costs;
- Conduct regular merchant visits and gather relevant information within the assigned region.
- Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide timely solutions based on company products.
- Continuously enhance customer experience through comprehensive control of service quality.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or relevant disciplines;
- At least 5 years relevant experience in delivery, logistics, express or related industry with supervisory skills;
- Experience in managing logistics operations in platforms or delivery app will be a plus
- Solid knowledge on operation management;
- Good leadership, strong problem solving skills, self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed;
- Independent and detail-minded;
- Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks within a tight schedule.
