- Bachelor’s Business/Engineering or other similar areas.
- Highly computer literate (especially in Excel and PowerPoint and other systems)
- 1+ years of Sales/Inside sales experience with successful track record
- In depth understanding of chromatographic science products and instrumentation and our markets, preferred.
- Languages: Intermediate English and Portuguese
- Design and execute account specific business plans including customer goals, strategic initiatives, opportunity development, relationship mapping, and competitive threats.
- Lead customers through sales cycle, from opportunity discovery through deal closure.
- Take ownership of own pipeline and accountable for sales targets, proactively reviewing conversion rates, bottlenecks, and speed to close.
- Develop proposal, generate quote, negotiate with customer stakeholders, and close deal.
- Sell services that can be renewable and assure customer loyalty.
- Drive improvement in billable service business. Serve as a point of contact to customers, sales, engineers, District Managers, and supplier with the objective of retaining growing business.
- Feed SFDC funnel activities and assure customer intimacy trough case management.
- Support IB initiatives for assigned territory.
- Support field team with admin activities whenever is required.
