- Providing Learning and Development advice, guidance, information and support to Service Personnel
- Coordinating and booking all appointments, enrolments, course bookings and classroom bookings for the Hub
- Promoting and facilitating opportunities for accessing and funding externally delivered learning opportunities
- Working with the team to conduct Learning and Development interviews
- Delivering induction briefings to Service Personnel when they commence learning
- Proactively raising awareness of Resettlement amongst Service Leavers, to ensure they are aware of the support they have access to
- Previous administration experience
- Must have a drivers licence and vehicle, to be flexible to cover local offices, as and when required
- Ability to work well in a team, as well as using own initiative
- Any experience within a learning or education environment, would be an advantage
- Military knowledge, would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Offering a salary of £24,000 pro rata (Pro rata salary for 30 hours per week is, £19,200)
