- Assist sales staff with competitive demonstrations, start up on new deliveries and rentals
- Interact with customers in the areas of training, operator training and technical assistance
- Provide sales staff with product updates, new product introductions and demonstration tips
- Provide technical staff/technical services with product updates and introductions
- Ensure technology inventory is updated with latest firmware updates
- Create weekly schedule of activities with the Sales Managers to support the current business needs
- Communicate with Technical Services Manager on a weekly basis to receive and provide technical updates about 3D Technology products
- Communicate market awareness information to Machine Sales Manager
- Respond to customer requests for assistance in technical support via Technical Services, shop requests or direct customer interaction
- Responding to Yancey Service departments for technical support
- Respond to customer requests for product operation training
- Following up on all new 3D Sales deliveries and providing thorough operation, safety and maintenance information to the customer
- Overnight travel is a requirement
- Other duties as assigned and qualified
- Actively participate in required safety programs and exhibit a Safe work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Look for and participate in new product training
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ Years of Heavy Equipment Product Support experience required.
- 3+ Years of Machine Control and Guidance experience, Trimble experience a plus
- Experience to digital photogrammetry (drone) would be nice to have.
- Ability to interpret and write models that feed into base station.
- Working knowledge of Trimble Stratus software or comparable operating system technology.
