My client is a well-established full service hydraulic company. Established over 35 years ago they provide hydraulic support across the UK & Ireland with over 75 centres enabling them to provide a fantastic service. Due to recent exciting developments, they are now looking to hire a Depo Assistant at their Luton site. Being based within the depo this is a hands on, customer facing role and will require someone who is able to provide an exceptional level of service.Depo AssistantLuton£24,000 - £28,000 Basic DOE, Bonus, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, health care, pension, industry recognised training and qualifications.Monday – Friday hours working 8am – 5pmYour responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Provide high levels of customer service.
Assist with stock control, ordering and distribution.
Assist Centre Manager with mobile engineers.
Support all members of staff within the centre.
Promote products and service.
Proactively sell to both existing and new clients.
Support inhouse technicians when required.
Assist with general centre house keeping.
Day to day operation of the sales counter area.

To apply you MUST have or hold:

Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Experience within an engineering environment is beneficial but not essential.
A desire to learn and develop.
Good organisational skills.
Be a Confident and professional individual.
An interest in an engineering career is beneficial.
Good levels of IT experience.
