As a Senior Agile Coach, you will play a key role in leading initiatives related to Agile methodologies and coaching teams to drive a strong Agile culture, as well as increased organizational growth and success. You will focus on product delivery coaching, having a strong focus on supporting the implementation and dissemination of processes for Product Delivery. You will act as the expert in your field of action (delivery and process engineering) and coach teams towards greater autonomy and mastery of (delivery) execution.In your day-to-day life, you will be instrumental in collaborating with teams to establish metrics and Agile practices in product delivery, supporting the teams in measuring what matters. Coaching teams on the delivery process lifecycle will be a regular part of your activities, aiming to cultivate a strong agile culture and enhance team autonomy and efficiency. You will activelypromote knowledge sharing of processes and frameworks for product delivery with tb.lx programs and teams, as well as monitor and audit the adoption and implementation of established delivery processes by our product teams. You are expected to drive discovery and set initiatives for further standardization of Agile processes. Furthermore, you will be responsible for onboarding new teams and individuals to the Agile toolkit and mindset, designing seamless onboarding journeys to kickstart their journey in product delivery practice, to create customer value.At tb.lx, you will work in close collaboration with the product and engineering areas to maximize teams' outcomes, focused on product delivery, owning agile processes' definition and adoption, coaching, and multiplying knowledge across the company. Together with Product Managers and Engineering Leads, you will identify anti-patterns in product teams and work and coach them toward the resolution. The Agile Coach's ultimate success is achieved by maximizing their teams' potential and enabling cohesive, happy teams that can thrive in complex environments.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

5 + years of previous experience in supporting software development teams;
Previous experience implementing Agile practices in real-world software development projects, ideally in both startup and corporate environments;
Knowledge about software development and product development teams;
Knowledge and hands-on experience in the implementation and interpretation of metrics that inform product delivery and help analyze teams' health;
Previous experience with the Process Engineering practice, working together with teams to identify their needs, design, and implement processes that are fit for the purpose;
Mastery of Agile methods and frameworks, supporting product delivery lifecycle;
Experience in improving processes and service delivery predictability;
The ability to coach teams on the delivery process lifecycle, striving for a strong Agile culture that promotes teams' autonomy and efficiency;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and turn complex topics and situations, into simple, easy to understand messages;
Excellent English (written and spoken).

NICE TO HAVE:

Experience working with DevOps teams, and helping teams manage both their operational and development focuses (and the ability to balance both);
Knowledge on SPACE and DORA metrics frameworks;
Excellent facilitation skills for conducting meetings and workshops.
