The Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing day-to-day financial analysis, including financial planning, analyzing financial statements, financial reporting, and providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance. Support all initiatives of the bank for Institutional Banking Group (Corporate & SME Banking) with specific focus on liability (deposits) and asset businesses (Loans, Trade) Business Finance support to key business stakeholders in Mid Corporate including Trade and Treasury products through advanced business modelling, analytics including market / competitor's analysis Help in preparing annual budget, forecast and month flash Timely and accurate business performance reporting, challenge revenue and cost drivers, suggest remedial actions Track and monitor Branch, Sector, Segment, Channel and Product wise performance Drive productivity / change management initiatives Leading a team of highly motivated individuals Qualifications Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial planning Experience in analyzing financial statements and generating financial reports Knowledge of finance principles and financial reporting standards Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret financial data Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Proficiency in financial analysis software and Microsoft Excel Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus About The Company Workassist is an online recruitment and employment solution providing a platform in India.
