- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel
- Handle and prioritize incoming communications (phone calls, emails, letters)
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional time and resource-management skills to meet deadlines within time constraints
- Ability to prepare draft documents in a clear and concise manner
