- supporting payroll and benefits procedures
- maintaining and updating all personnel and HR data files
- assisting with the preparation and submission of files to the Ergani platform
- supporting all recruitment-related tasks, including managing the CV database and software, posting jobs on job boards, internal and external sites, screening CVs, and communicating with candidates
- participating in career fairs and employer branding activities
- supporting the onboarding process for all new hires
- ensuring that all necessary equipment and access are ready for new hires
- supporting all Training & Development processes of the company
- supporting the company’s performance management process
- participating in all HR processes and tasks, such as employer branding, events, and CSR activities
- university/college degree
- fluency in both Greek and English
- very good MS Office skills
- knowledge of labor law, as a plus
- personal credibility and flexibility

- ability to perform accurate and detailed work
- capability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and meet deadlines
- sensible approach to problem resolution

- 1-2 years of work experience in an HR department
