- Day-to-day people management, performance, and development of employees within your team.
- Motivating and supporting employees through collaborative decision-making and ongoing prioritization.
- Playing an active role in setting direction for the team and contributing to initiatives, alignment, and projects across the area.
- Demonstrating initiative in seeking interaction with colleagues internally and externally within a global organization to secure collaboration and alignment cross-organizationally.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in biomedical sciences or a related discipline.
- Several years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Prior experience in people management and pharmacovigilance is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using fluent written and spoken English on a daily basis.
