Job Responsibility The Application Developer (I) role will be responsible for designing and development and providing end-to-end user/ business support during project delivery. The role is expected to: Design solutions involving integration with multiple systems and services. Develop high volume, high performance, low latency and reliable mission critical applications. Write maintainable, robust, and testable code. Perform code and test case review. Implement processes, solutions or tools to improve software delivery and quality. Able to adopt latest software development trends and industry best practices. Reporting Structure You shall be reporting to the team lead or manager or leadership the assigned project of Artechra s customer. Job Requirements Key Requirements: Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. End-to-end development from technical design till deployment for commercial, preferably in Java. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices. Solid understanding of software engineering concepts. Good command of English language. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage but not a must. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Availability for full-time employment. Ability to work in the Malaysia. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a supportive yet challenging environment. Eagerness to learn about new technologies and solutions. Good understanding of DevOps, Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Minimal traveling is to be expected.
