- End-to-End User Acceptance Testing: Lead the thorough testing of newly deployed website enhancements, ensuring alignment with the initial brief and a bug-free user experience.
- In-Depth User Behavior Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and A/B testing platforms to conduct comprehensive analysis of user behavior and conversion funnels.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities for improving conversion rates across digital channels including website, landing pages, emails, and digital advertising campaigns.
- A/B Testing and Experimentation: Lead the development and execution of A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to optimize website elemen such as headlines, call-to-action buttons, forms, and checkout processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, product management, and IT to implement CRO initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Test Result Analysis and Insights: Monitor and analyze test results to derive actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization efforts.
- Continuous Research and Innovation: Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative CRO techniques to drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of the curve.
- UX/UI Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to implement CRO strategies through wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Provide comprehensive reports to key stakeholders on the outcomes of user behavior research and testing, offering actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Support to eCommerce Insights Analyst: Collaborate with the eCommerce Insights Analyst to report on key eCommerce metrics such as conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in online/digital consumer marketing/B2C/eCommerce industries.
- Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and web analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, or similar).
- Experience with UX/UI design principles and tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering measurable results and driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English is required
- 5+ years of Global experience driving enterprise level support.
- Flexibility in working at different time zones to participate in Business meetings.
