Assistant Leasing Manager (Retail) - Landlord side

• Develop and implement innovative leasing strategies to attract and retain high-quality retail tenants for portfolio.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leasing opportunities and stay updated on market trends and competitive landscapes.
• Negotiate lease terms, including rental rates, lease duration, and tenant improvements, to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including property management, legal, and marketing, to support leasing activities and ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare leasing budgets, forecasts, and reports to track leasing performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Stay informed about local regulations, zoning laws, and leasing best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
• Supervise and mentor leasing staff, providing guidance and support to optimize their performance and professional development.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in retail leasing
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding leasing targets and objectives.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
