This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland – HYBRID work model.Contract Job Title: Senior Associate, Solutions ConsultingIn this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Documenting and validating business requirements related to Financial Data Management and Portfolio Accounting.
- Creating functional specifications.
- Creating test plans and performing system testing.
- Using querying tools to access and analyze financial data.
- Researching issues and bugs.
- Configuring custom solutions using Data and Platform Solutions’ products.
- Assisting clients and internal teams in effectively accessing and consuming data content as well as advising on data governance best practices.
- Being a liaison between developers, operations, and other teams.
- Working on an agile/scrum-based team.
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst and/or with Investment Management data domains such as Securities, Accounting, Custody, Analytics, Transfer Agency, Performance and Reference data.
- Although no programming experience is required, the desire to learn the technical architecture and structure of the system is required.
- Good problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and experience within a client-facing financial role.
- Good knowledge of SQL is desirable.
- Fluent English spoken and written (min. B2 level).
