- Supporting end-user requests or issues using the incident reporting tool ServiceNow
- Taking part in on-call rotation supporting end-users and applications
- Troubleshooting in the Windchill and Creo environments including business and technical processes
- Creating and maintaining technical specifications and technical unit test documents using standardized templates
- Consulting with client groups
- Developing system requirements and identifying alternatives with associated costs for solutions that use Steelcase enterprise technology standards or emerging technologies
- Implementing, deploying, maintaining, and upgrading solutions that use PLM or other Steelcase enterprise technologies
- Ensure technical solutions meet business requirements and expectations
- Researching platform best practices to meet end-user requests.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of advancing technologies and freely exchange new ideas and suggestions for improvement.
- Applying Agile methodologies and concepts through the entire development lifecycle
- Basic understanding of Creo parametric modeling/drawing procedures and practices
- Basic understanding of:
- Creo View
- Flexible Modeling
- Finite Element Analysis (Creo Sim Live, Creo Advanced
- Thorough understanding of key capabilities and features of Windchill PDMLink CAD Data Management and how to use Windchill to manage Creo Parametric design information
- Support the day-to-day data management tasks required by the Creo Parametric user community, including how to use the CAD data structure to associate and build the product structure
- Thorough understanding of PDM functions on Creo Parametric CAD Documents and their associated Windchill parts
- Thorough understanding of Windchill PDMLink that includes the following functionality:
- Change Management
- Document Management
- Windchill Views for BOM Transformation
- Exposure to manufacturing BOMs and Routings
- Experience in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and concepts, and ADO is a plus
