- Onboarding: Craft and maintain detailed records of client preferences for their Inbox, Calendar, and essential company workflows. Keep our SOPs sharp to ensure a seamless and high-quality onboarding adventure.
- Client Management: Be the primary beacon for our clients, offering regular updates, addressing queries with professionalism, and maintaining that all-important connection.
- Communication Champion: Lead crucial onboarding calls, like Ideal Week Planning and Assistant Onboarding Plans, always aiming to fully grasp and meet client expectations.
- Efficiency Expert: Dive into clients' calendars to pinpoint efficiency gains, conduct time audits, and help prioritize to keep them on their A-game.
- EA Mentor: Guide the client's Executive Assistant through comprehensive training, ensuring a smooth workflow and providing ongoing support.
- Client-facing experience, with a knack for building relationships and a portfolio in Onboarding, Customer Service, or Account Management.
- Exceptional communicator, both in ink and in person.
- An organizational wiz, with an eagle eye for details.
- A multitasking master, juggling projects with precision.
- Tech-savvy, particularly with inbox and calendar management tools.
- A team player, adaptable and empathetic, ready to solve any puzzle.
- Self-starter, full of initiative and drive.
- Location: 100% Remote Role
- Type: Full-Time, 9 AM - 5 PM EST
- Compensation: $1,300 - $1,600 based on experience + performance based bonuses
