作为全日餐厅您需要：1. Maintain a smooth operation on a daily basis;2. Ensure every guest receives high quality service;3. Coach and maximize the performance of the team;4. Interact with customers and improve all day dining operation and service based on feedback received;5. Provide support on urgent issues;1、确保全日餐厅每天的稳定运作；2、确保每位客人都得到优质的服务；3、培训团队并使团队效益最大化；4、与客户进行交流，基于客户反馈提高全日餐厅的运作和服务质量；5、为紧急事件提供支持We are looking for someone who:我们寻找的人选需具备：1. Minimum 2 years experience in an international class hotel，at least 1 year experience in a similar capacity;2. Has a passion for Food & Beverage, enjoys interacting with people, rich restaurant knowledge and management experience;3. Strong leadership with excellent communication and people management skills;4. Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language);5. A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader;6.
