Engage with global product, engineering, and operations teams to conceive, design and deliver voice & agent product roadmaps, on time and within budget.
Understand technologies within product area to drive the discussions with tech teams and explore solutions by asking the right technical questions.
Drive alignment and coherent product feature, business strategies
Articulate such strategies clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
Contribute to UI design, coordinate SW development, evaluation of usability/UX.
Create Test & Evaluation plans.
Ensure regulatory compliancy (GDPR)
Manage the product life cycle by establishing goals and reviewing metrics to identify opportunities and deliver success.

You are fluent in English (TME’s business language) with excellent oral and written communication skills
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology/Human-Computer Interaction and Cognitive Systems
Ideally more than 5 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge in the following key areas:
Hardware architectures, embedded systems
ASR/TTS/NLU-NLP
Machine Learning concepts
Proven capabilities in Agile Project / Product management of voice-powered applications in Automotive or related mobility industries (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
Experiences in user interface design, speech dialog systems
Passion for customer-centric designs and customer validation, including experience Experiences in user interface design, transactional services.
Passion for customer-centric designs and customer validation, including experience gathering requirements from customers
Deep commitment to achieving high user and business partner satisfaction, influencing decisions for the right solutions and balancing competing priorities across customer, business, and technical needs
Result driven and able to break down complex tasks into manageable portions
Valid automobile driving license for EU
