To provide the highest standards of holistic person-centered care and attention for the residents. To participate fully in the overall care of the residents as per their care plan. To provide support to other staff. To assist in maintaining safe levels of care assuring safe practice. To carry out basic housekeeping to enable residents to live in a clean environment. To assist in maintaining accurate records under registration and legal requirements. To carry out instructions by senior staff efficiently and conscientiously. To carry out procedures as instructed by the Home Manager and/or Deputy Manager. To attend staff training, staff meetings, and complete mandatory training. Full training will be provided. An enhanced DBS check will be required.
