Our client seeks a Senior Trust & Company Administrator to join their team. Role Profile: You shall be responsible for the accurate and efficient administration of a varied portfolio of entities, including asset leasing companies, holding companies and various trust structures. You shall ensure any corporate risk is minimised and all structures remain compliant with the groups established policies and procedures and relevant legislation. Where required, provide leadership and direction to other fee earners and administrative staff within the business and any such other activities as may be reasonably required by the role. Key Responsibilities: Delivering exceptional services within agreed service levels and budgets. Displays a methodical approach to complex administration and manages the high volume client workload. Setting up and maintaining accurate and complete records for client entities. Assisting management with the general administration of client entity processes. Attending to the client's day to day needs in a timely, professional manner and maintaining knowledge and control over assets and activities of entities administered .Ensuring correct filings of statutory forms. Assisting with the conduct of entity reviews on an ongoing basis and actively follow up on any outstanding action points identified, ensuring the understanding of the entity is consistent with its risk rating. The review of all appropriate bank statements. Monitoring the administration files, receipt of instructions from and communicate with the client. Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures and all relevant legislation. Assisting the Manager in the supervision of any Administrators, as required. Assist with training and developing subordinate staff, as required. Billing and the collection of receivables. Completes all internal compliance documentation and other record keeping systems as may be required within the delegation of authority. Monitor and reduce exposure to risk. Assist with the development of client relationships (internal and external)Liaising with all interacting intermediaries including corporate administrators, bankers, protectors, investment advisors, settlors and beneficiaries etc. Assists with promoting the reputation of the business within the group and introducers Key skills and Experience: Holds or is prepared to work towards a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, ICSA, STEP)Broad knowledge of trust and administration and company administration. Some accounting and investment knowledge would be preferable. Have sound teambuilding and organisational skills. Strong IT skills. Demonstrates the ability to deal effectively and courteously with clients and colleagues and exercises discretion and confidentiality at all times. Highly organised team player who is a self-starter, enthusiastic, flexible and dedicated.
