As a Guest Relation Manager you will be the main lead in creating a positive stay for our guests from pre-arrival to post departure, ensuring that all team members interactions with the guests are authentic and memorable.Your responsibilities include:
Coordinating the activity of the Guest Relations department.
Motivating the Guest Relations team in order to improve sales and the quality of services.
Meeting and greeting VIP Guests and major corporate clients upon arrival.
Building relationships with guests through active lobby presents and guests follow up.
Being the key point of contact for our guests, efficiently responding to their inquiries and providing information and assistance.
Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.
