Recruitment Sales & Marketing SpecialistThe Hartley People Group is a long-established privately owned business that is currently growing at over 10% per year, and has significant plans for further growth, expansion and development of our services. Based out of our head office in Cleaboy Business Park in Waterford City, the group has a combined annual turnover of over €20m and employs over 500 people in total across 4 different business divisions (Hartley People Recruitment, Hartley People Training, Flexiforce and Clannad Care).We are now seeking to hire a dynamic, driven, innovative and versatile individual to join our recruitment business to support the business across a key mix of sales, marketing and recruitment activities, and who will become an integral part of the next phase of our growth journey.The ideal candidate will have responsibilities across many key aspects of our operations, including marketing, sales, recruitment, projects, and proposals/tenders.This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage/juggle multiple responsibilities to drive further business growth for two key divisions, Hartley People Recruitment and Flexiforce.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:1) Sales

Negotiate and secure exclusivity deals and longer-term contracts with clients to maximise revenue opportunities.
Drive new business development efforts to acquire new clients and expand our client base.
Re-activate lapsed clients through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
Upsell and cross-sell to our existing client base.

2) Marketing

Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads, enhance brand identity/recognition, and attract candidates.
Utilise various channels such as social media, email marketing, and content creation to reach target audiences.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise campaigns and initiatives.

3) Recruitment

Support the existing team in conducting end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Ensure a high level of candidate and client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.

4) Projects

Plan and organise recruitment-related events such as job fairs, company events, networking events, and training sessions for both staff and clients.
Coordinate logistics and manage project timelines to ensure successful execution of events and initiatives.

5) Proposals and Tenders

Prepare and submit proposals and tenders in response to client requirements and requests for proposals (RFPs).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and customise proposals to meet client needs.
Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow up on opportunities to secure new business.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
Proven experience in any of the following; marketing, sales or recruitment
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred.
