For over 55 years the company has been providing the world’s best athletes and motorsports enthusiasts in the pursuit of performance excellence with the most technologically advanced products which fuse protection, innovation and style.The company, thanks to outstanding and constantly innovative products, is in a powerful growth phase in the global market, reflecting the strengthening of the staff in order to join our great successful team.For our Go-To-Market Department, we are looking for an Events & Trade Support Specialist in order to support the Sales Strategy by developing tools and solution that make the Sales Team more affective and set our Commercial Partners for success.(S)He supports new product collections campaign launch, preparing and disseminating the sales tools as key responsibility and supporting the day-by-day operations of the unit including products/samples warehouse movement and shipment as well as cross-functional support to Sale Events, Activations, Trade Shows.KEY RESPONSABILITIES
  • Supports the entire Sales Campaign during the sell-in and sell-out phase;
  • Oversees the production of Sales Tools such as Team Dealers, catalogs, order forms, working files, price lists;
  • Works with the relevant internal departments to ensure that product list, prices, product photos and descriptions are ready within the given deadlines;
  • Ensures accurate dissemination through the Alpinestars digital platforms;
  • Support the organization and logistics of complex Events such as summit, sales meeting, trade shows, brand activations, HQ training and customers visits.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • University degree in Communication, Marketing or related fields;
  • Previous experience in a similar role of 1-3 years;
  • International experience (e.g. study periods or internships abroad);
  • Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken; French and/or Spanish is a plus;
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Familiar with ERP tools like AS400 or SAP;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, flexibility and problem solving;
  • Basic knowledge of project management and problem solving;
  • Organization, method, precision is required;
  • Interest for the motorsports industry is a plus;
  • Previous experience with shipping/export procedures is a plus.
Position is available in Asolo, Italy.
