- Supports the entire Sales Campaign during the sell-in and sell-out phase;
- Oversees the production of Sales Tools such as Team Dealers, catalogs, order forms, working files, price lists;
- Works with the relevant internal departments to ensure that product list, prices, product photos and descriptions are ready within the given deadlines;
- Ensures accurate dissemination through the Alpinestars digital platforms;
- Support the organization and logistics of complex Events such as summit, sales meeting, trade shows, brand activations, HQ training and customers visits.
- University degree in Communication, Marketing or related fields;
- Previous experience in a similar role of 1-3 years;
- International experience (e.g. study periods or internships abroad);
- Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken; French and/or Spanish is a plus;
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Familiar with ERP tools like AS400 or SAP;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, flexibility and problem solving;
- Basic knowledge of project management and problem solving;
- Organization, method, precision is required;
- Interest for the motorsports industry is a plus;
- Previous experience with shipping/export procedures is a plus.
