- Manage and oversee the support and operation of enterprise and banking applications within the organization.
- Lead a team of application support professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and stability of all enterprise and banking applications, meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to identify and address application-related issues and incidents.
- Develop and implement best practices and processes for application support and operation, focusing on continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage system upgrades, patches, and migrations for enterprise and banking applications.
- Monitor the performance and capacity of application infrastructure, identifying and resolving any bottlenecks or performance issues.
- Manage and maintain documentation for applications, including configuration details, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in enterprise and banking applications, recommending and implementing enhancements or new solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or its equivalent.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Banking applications in Banking Sectors or telecom.
- 5+ years managing a team of more than 7 members.
