- Contribute towards the ongoing improvement of key IT Service Management policies and procedures in areas such as Service Introduction, Service Catalogue, Service Fulfilment/Request, Service Level and Availability Management.
- Independently work with the business, senior technology owners and teams across JMIT to ensure that new services are designed within the JMIT Service Management framework, ensuring that they are aligned to IT Service Strategy.
- Working collaboratively with other JMIT teams to build a Service/User orientated approach to designing and building services.
- Responsible for ensuring that all new services are designed to meet the business requirements, and that each service has a clear set service design artefact such as Service Offerings, Key Performance Indicators, Service Agreements, and a clear Availability Plan.
- Working collaboratively across JM IT within the Service Introduction process to ensure new services are smoothly delivered into production.
- Contribute towards defining clear standards for the monitoring and reporting and metrics of new services ensuring that we can clearly track performance of new services.
- Responsible for the definition, development, and ongoing improvement of the JMIT Service and Service Request Catalogues within the design stage of a service, as well as in production.
- Experience in service design / transition or service delivery
- ITIL Foundation v3+ or higher
- Excel, SharePoint, Visual Basic and Power BI skills
- Experience of communicating clearly with a range of people at different levels of the organisation and communicate technical issues using a range of styles, tools and techniques.
