- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements, define technical specifications, and develop innovative solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, unit testing, continuous integration, and deployment automation.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest .NET technologies, trends, and best practices, and propose improvements to enhance the development process and product quality.
- Mentor junior developers, share knowledge and expertise, and contribute to a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years for mid-level, 5+ years for senior level) in software development using .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).
- Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as Microsoft Azure or AWS, and knowledge of containerization and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
