Identifying business opportunities, cold calling, thorough research process, identifying client's needs, and preparing custom-made solutions and commercial offers;
Developing new business opportunities in the assigned area while extending the partnerships with already existing clients, offering consultancy in terms of HR matters;
Leading the negotiation process and ensuring that the development of the contract is per agreed terms;
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly;
Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market;
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives set by the company;
Providing regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, pipeline, and performance.CerințePrevious experience in sales, particularly in selling B2B services;
Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
Strong sales skills, including prospecting, cold calling, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals;
Consultative, relationship-based sales style and proven success exceeding sales quota;
Strong written and verbal skills, including demonstrated ability to create professional sales proposals and contracts;
Thorough understanding and perspective of the HR services market;
