As part of the HRC team, you will benefit from fantastic on-site facilities, exciting opportunities for career progression and relevant training opportunities to help you gain the additional skills that you need to reach your full potential.About The RoleTo support the successful enrolment, delivery, training and achievements, via the application of effective teaching, learning and assessment practices for all apprentices on your caseload.To ensure all apprentices achieve timely and overall outcomes on Apprenticeship standards within identified subject areas / specialisms.About YouYou will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above in Motor Vehicle and have occupational experience within the motor vehicle industry. You will be able to demonstrate experience of managing a caseload of learners and employers and of producing Health & Safety risk assessments and reporting risk.
