- Assist with the preparation of financial documents such as invoices, bills, and bank statements.
- Process payroll transactions including timesheets, bonuses, and deductions.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, vacation, and sick leave.
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the accounting team in data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with HR department to ensure compliance with payroll regulations and policies.
- Assist with year-end financial audits and tax preparations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting and payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience working in accounting or payroll administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books), Sion Central, MS Office, Google Suite, among others.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Relevant certification (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional, Certified Bookkeeper) is a plus.
- Must be willing to work US-based hours (graveyard shift Philippine time)
