Sourcing & Contracts Expert

• Establish partnership agreement with main vendors and contract administration.
• Monitor main vendors performance.
• Source new vendors, and establish Approved Vendor List
• Perform market research to spot cost optimization opportunities.
• Prepare Savings report, spend report and vendor perform report
• Review current policy to spot enhancement as per current best practice.

• Bachelor degree
• 3 years in similar position ,preferably in construction or industrial field
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost savings and favorable contract terms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze complex data and make sound business decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
