  • Support students with diverse learning needs by employing tailored teaching strategies that accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
  • Cultivate independence and social skills among pupils through interactive and collaborative activities, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Attend to pupils' personal care and medical requirements, ensuring a safe and nurturing space that promotes their overall well-being and comfort.
  • Play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of students by implementing programs and activities that encourage physical activity, healthy habits, and emotional resilience.
  • Assist students in improving their literacy and numeracy skills through targeted interventions and personalized approaches, contributing to their overall academic success across a diverse range of subjects in the curriculum
Qualifications required:
  • Certified teacher (QTS)
  • Knows the National Curriculum and assessment methods well
  • Works well in teams, communicates effectively, and is organized
  • Committed to ongoing professional growth and loves teaching
  • Focus on creating a positive and inclusive learning space, with good behaviour management
  • Has professional references and an Enhanced DBS check
