Nurturing Employee Relations Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, adeptly managing inquiries and resolving concerns, always echoing our organizational values. Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Legal Acumen: Deep knowledge of employment laws and a keen understanding of HR best practices within the Malaysian context. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, crucial for effective interactions with team members across the organization. Self-Management: Demonstrated ability to operate independently, efficiently managing and prioritizing tasks without direct supervision.
