I am seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Extra Care/Registered Manager to oversee multiple luxury extra care services across the stunning landscapes of Warwickshire.You will become the head of extra care for a recognised, luxury provider who redefines the standards of care by providing unparalleled services in beautifully crafted settings. Their commitment to excellence is reflected in every aspect of their extra care facilities, offering residents a premium lifestyle coupled with top-tier care and support.As the Head of Extra Care/Registered Manager, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional care services tailored to meet the unique needs of your residents. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, fostering a culture of excellence, and maintaining strong relationships with residents, their families, and the local community.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of care and safety.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development among staff members.
- Develop strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to promote open communication and collaboration.
- Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and financial sustainability of the services.Requirements:
" Good knowledge and understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and CQC Fundamental Standards
" A minimum of two years` experience as a Senior member of staff preferably within Extra Care or supported living.
" Excellent organisational & communication skills
" Level 5 qualified in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards
" Full UK driving license and own vehicleBenefits:
