- Accountability for the execution of global consolidated shopper marketing plans that are aligned to brand and global customer plans and drive profitable growth.
- Partner with our analytics team to track and optimise marketing activities. Work with several technology partners to drive decision making with customer and consumer data.
- Work alongside both internal and external creative agencies to brief and execute content to drive digital retailer growth.
- Accountability for the day-to-day relationship with chosen translation agency including
- Management of translation budget and invoicing.
- Work closely with Amazon counterparts to activate the Amazon/Pentland Joint business plan.
- Monitor, evaluate and diagnose brand activity to ensure ongoing continuous improvement and advised commercial teams on maximizing return on our investment with the customer.
- Support the sell-in process ensuring delivery of key propositions through proactive marketing plans that support commercial range recommendations.
- Responsible for internal influence, engagement and education. Ensuring there is a deep understanding of the customer platform, plans and needs.
- Support the Shopper Marketing Manager with ad-hoc overarching customer projects.
- To be an active member of the Amazon business unit, communicating activation plans to customer teams and market leads, working within a matrix global team facilitating, sharing & reapplying learnings.
- Experience of managing multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities
- Strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to prioritise behind the areas that add the greatest value
- Understanding of retail and commercial models
- Knowledge of competition law is beneficial
- Prepared to travel UK and globally as required
- Able to demonstrate a passion for bringing the voice of the shopper and customer in to the business
- Confident, professional and articulate communicator
- Tenacious, flexible and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
- Numerate, analytical and comfortable using data and insight to inform thinking and build compelling relevant commercial arguments
- Works with customers and internally to implement solutions
- Able to work both independently as well as being a great team player
- Able to liaise and influence with people at all levels
- Flexible working - 60/40 hybrid split.
