Welcomes and warm greeting to VIPs who arriving at the VIP Reception Lounge热情问候光临贵宾接待厅的贵宾,对其到店表示欢迎Prepare daily arrival reports & due out reports and remember VIP guests' name. Try to address each VIP by their name准备好当天工作报表并熟记一些VIP客人和即将入住/退房贵宾的姓名。尽可能在对客时能称呼客人的姓氏Maintains all equipment in good working order. Familiar with all Front Desk back up procedures in the event that any Front Office equipment malfunctions确保所有设备工作正常,熟知前台系统的应急预案以防任何设备的突然失灵Is conversant with IHG Rewards Club Programme, Frequent Flyer, Hotel VIP Programme and benefits十分熟悉优悦会会员计划,飞行里程计划,酒店贵宾计划及礼遇Ensure all pre-arrival VIPs' preferences are actioned upon before VIP arrivals确保所有贵宾的喜好在排房时已经考虑周到,并且在贵宾抵达前就已经安排妥当Ensures that all VIP amenities are placed in VIP rooms prior to guests' arrival确保所有贵宾的欢迎品在贵宾抵店前已送入其房间内Manage the Premier Rooms' availability and maximizing occupancy and yield管理酒店高级别客房,尽量扩大酒店的收益Builds relationships with VIPs to delight and gain loyalty与贵宾建立良好的关系,并逐步增强客人的忠诚度Remain current-in all hotel information: events, promotion etc. Answer guests' inquiries on Hotel facility and city information熟知当天酒店的所有活动为宾客提供必要的信息Attend daily briefing参加日常部门例会Maintain and enforce all operational standards and procedures from VIPs' pre-arrival, to VIPs 'arrival, to VIPs' in-house stay to VIPs' departure严格执行所有的运营标准和程序,包括贵宾抵店前,抵店时,在住期间和离店时Assumes other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager / Director of Rooms / Executive Assistant Manager / General Manager
