- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or an equivalent. MBA or advanced degree/qualification is desirable.
- Solid understanding of procurement and supply chain management.
- Proven experience gained in product/solution development and management ideally within the field of professional services or B2B SaaS
- Demonstrable experience in developing and launching successful product/solution offerings, particularly in the professional services domain, with specific experience of outsourcing being highly desirable.
- Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset with a passion for driving solution and proposition velocity, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies as they relate to product management.
- Excellent agile project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to convey product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical abilities with proficiency in using data to make informed product decisions.
- Keen interest in technology, specifically the emerging procure-tech landscape
- Agility to deliver to tight timescales
- Experience operating in an international/multi-country/matrix environment
