Implements actions and verifies their effectiveness.▪ Leads in the implementation of GMP in all production staff and service providers.▪ Leads in risks and opportunities analysis in the production processes including risk treatment.▪ Participates in internal audits either as auditor or auditee. Attends to external audits in the root cause analysis and corrective action formulation and implementation.Executes the production schedule for the shift and determines the adequacy of production inputs for a smooth production process.▪ Requests for the needed materials from the warehouseman. Ascertains the correctness of withdrawn material quantity and inspects the integrity of the packaging. Reports nonconformities noted to the Production Supervisor.▪ Operates the mixing system -batch mixer. Ensures conformity with the mixing standards.▪ Prepares all needed production reports.Inspects the maintenance status of all equipment, utilities, and software to ensure the highest performance of machines. Coordinate with Engineering Auditor to create work request to the concerned service provider, any equipment, utility, or software found to have any anomalous observation.▪ Inspects the calibration status of measuring and test equipment to ensure conformity with the required accuracy and precision.
