- Implement cost saving measures but ensure quality is still high
- Lead team in implementing signalling systems, ensuring health & safety standards are met
- Identify risks and mitigate any potential issues and delays
- Manage resources effectively
- Support project objectives and timelines
- Must have clear communication skills
- Provide guidance and motivate team
- 5 years or more experience in a Project Manager role, especially within rail/signalling
- In depth knowledge of signalling systems, including testing, design, installation and commissioning
- Proven track record successfully managing rail projects to from cradle to grave
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Initiate implementation of necessary steps to resolve any issues
