- Identify and merge duplicate accounts and contacts.
- Collaborate with Salesops and the Sales team to analyze data and provide solutions.
- Build and maintain key metrics related to data quality.
- Ensure data integrity in Salesforce and other CRM systems.
- Analyze large datasets to develop insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Handle various types of accounts including Franchise/partner/contractor accounts for deduplication and enrichment needs.
- Someone who is inquisitive, internally motivated and not satisfied with the status quo.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience managing large amounts of structured and unstructured data.
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen, with an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and handle data-related challenges.
- Ability to identify gaps in processes and implement improvements.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus.
