- Handling incoming phone calls from customers, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns regarding orders (returns, complaints, late shipments, damaged goods), customer accounts, invoices, etc.
- Excellent communication in German (B2) is a requirement and intermediate English (B2)
- EU nationality or Slovakian residence permit
- Live already in Slovakia
- Highschool Diploma
- You have a pleasant demeanor, good communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
- You know how to operate a computer, are eager to learn, and can quickly adapt to a new environment.
- You can adjust to shift work between Monday and Sunday from 09:00 to 22:00, including holidays and weekends (the weekly working fund is 38.75 hours, part-time 20/25/30 hours per week is also possible).
- Training of 2 weeks from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (for full-time and part-time)
- Schedule after training:
-Full-timer has 5 shifts per week.- Operation hours are 07:00-22:00 Monday-Sunday, including bank holidays, but early shifts 07-09:00 are fully covered for the long term
-we do not schedule the newcomers in the early morning.
- Shifts can start every half an hour in the given time frame. The rotation is following, these are the starts of the shifts:
-1st-week early shift (9:00-11:00)
- 2nd week late shift (13:30-13:35)
- 3rd week middle shift (11:00-12:00)
- 4th week late shift again (13:30-13:35)Contract types:
- Full time, 38.75 hrs/week, base salary plus KPI bonus
- Part time, 30 hrs/week, salary equivalent to the working hours gross plus bonus
- Part time, 25 hrs/week, salary equivalent to the working hours gross plus bonus
