With offices throughout Europe, North America, and recently Asia, Shippeo provides global coverage to all our clients.Job DescriptionReporting to the Customer Success Director, your role as a Senior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) is to own the relationship with a portfolio of large enterprise accounts. You will bring Shippeo’s best ideas, innovations, and capabilities to customers, driving greater business value. Your goal is to drive adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion of Shippeo’s footprint. This role requires a deep understanding of the SaaS industry.Your responsibilities will include:Strategic Relationship Ownership: Take charge of a portfolio of strategic customers, driving product adoption, ensuring satisfaction, and expanding business horizons.Strategic Reviews Leadership: Lead Business Reviews to guide goals, progress, risks, and opportunities.Value Realization: Ensure customers maximize the value of their investment through high adoption rates and proof of value cases. Collaborate with the Sales team to identify expansion opportunities.Long-Term Relationship Building: Develop and maintain lasting relationships with stakeholders, from key operational users to C-suite individuals, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.Customer Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for customers within the organization, effectively communicating their needs and influencing product enhancements and roadmap decisions.Collaborative Onboarding: Work with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of our solution.Customer Workshops: Organize workshops to prioritize the product roadmap based on your understanding of customer’s needs, empowering them to maximize the value of our platform.Contract Management: Skillfully handle the customer's contract lifecycle, including renewal and key negotiations.Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to highlight your customers' success stories.QualificationsYou are our next Shippian if you:Possess 5+ years of demonstrated expertise as a Customer Success Manager or (Supply Chain) Consultant, catering to large enterprise customers within a consulting firm or the dynamic SaaS industry.Bring prior experience in consulting or professional services, which is highly desirable and sets you apart as a candidate attuned to our unique challenges.Demonstrate a proven capacity to skillfully navigate executive-level stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration at the highest organizational echelons.Showcase a remarkable ability to adeptly manage multiple customer accounts, successfully steering complex, high-pressure projects to triumphant outcomes.Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills, empowering you to unravel complex customer requirements and deliver effective, tailor-made solutions.Are fluent in both German and English, facilitating seamless communication and understanding in our diverse and dynamic work environment.Additionally, possess a strong knowledge of the Supply Chain and/or automotive industry, an appreciated asset that aligns seamlessly with our mission and goals.Additional InformationRecruitment Process : * Preliminary call with our Talent Acquisition Manager
