We have a requirement for 05 Structural Design Engineers. The package is as follows:1) Salary : 8000 dhs.( Lumpsum package)2) Preferred Nationality: IndianAlso we have a requirement for 02 Design Manager with experience in Steel Structures:1) Salary : 10,000 dhs.( Lumpsum package)2) Preferred Nationality: IndianStructural Design Engineer Candidates must be able to perform the following tasks:1) Design, analyze, and construct structural elements of buildings and other structures.2) Develop structural plans, specifications, and calculations.3) Review shop drawings.4) Must be well versed in STAAD PRO and strong knowledge of Steel Structures.5) Must have 05 years UAE experienceAs for Design Manager he must be able to perform the below duties:1. Team Leadership:· Lead and mentor a team of designers, including architects, structural engineers, steel and aluminum detailers· Foster a creative and collaborative work environment, encouraging the team to generate fresh ideas and concepts.2. Project Management:· Plan, organize, and prioritize design projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, projects and production, to ensure the successful execution of design projects.3. Design Strategy:· Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's branding and business goals.· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' design initiatives.4. Concept Development:· Work closely with designers to conceptualize and create design concepts, sketches, or prototypes.· Review and approve design proposals and presentations.
