JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: To be responsible for the technical deliverables for all Assembly Production and QA systems. To perform technical analysis activities such as requirement gathering and gap analysis of user requirements. To maintain proper backup strategy and restore procedure for all Assembly systems. To develop and maintain an Assembly system support strategy that integrates process knowledge, equipment design, and quality standards with information technology to reduce downtime, improve regulatory compliance, and introduce efficiency gains through effective use of available technologies. To provide technical guidance for IT projects or strategic initiatives. To provide 24x7 support for all Assembly production and QA systems. To maintain and improve the in-house system and provide trouble-free applications to support company production activities, mainly Assembly production and Assembly testing. To ensure data integrity and information consistency. To minimize the probability of computer hardware and software failure for time and resources savings. To ensure fast response, immediate reply, and right-to-point user support and maintenance. To minimize data loss through fast and accurate data recovery during system or application failure. To provide a data-aware, user-friendly, and documented in-house system. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Minimum 2 years in IT, software development using C#, VB.NET, VB6, SQL, and LAN experience. Knowledge of the Windows operating system, programming languages, and database management systems.
