- Vendor Management and Maintenance - Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and preventive maintenance. Obtain quotes and establish contracts for site upgrade projects.
- Supply and Equipment - Order necessary supplies, parts, and equipment for maintenance and operational purposes.
- Installation and Maintenance - Install and set up machinery and equipment as required. Conduct monthly preventive maintenance on machinery and facility equipment. Troubleshoot and repair equipment when necessary.
- Record Keeping and Compliance - Maintain records of maintenance activities for ISO compliance.
- Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities for improvements in production equipment and monitor project development.
- Safety and Leadership - Participate in the Safety meetings. Lead projects aimed at driving effective improvements.
- Critical Component Monitoring - Monitor critical components, including machine guarding compliance, electrical safe work practices, confined space entry procedures, and lockout/tagout processes.
- Facility Maintenance and Safety - Execute facility-related maintenance tasks. Manage site visitors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to site safety policies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or facility maintenance or in EHS area
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel, Word
- Experience in Environmental, Health, or Safety in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
