Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
Candidate preferably has GIS mapping capabilities
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, but fresh graduates are welcome
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.

Main Objectives of the Job:

To provide market outlook and updates within the local real estate industry for clients and internal company use
To formulate real estate business plans, highest and best use, feasibility studies and market studies for clients
To prepare investment materials for project packaging

Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:

Conduct market research of all property land use across the country.
Coordinate with government agencies and local government units to obtain macro-economic data relevant to support the industry study.
Build and maintain historical database for all real estate land use.
To formulate real estate business plans, highest and best use of market studies for clients

Prepare project timetable and budget allocation for every given project .
Perform site inspection and procure relevant photographic materials of the site..
Coordinate with the client for necessary documents relevant to the study.
Conduct an in-depth market research both primary and secondary data and must provide accurate data for every project.
Maintain a database of relevant information and data gathered during market research.
To formulate real estate business plans, highest and best use of market studies for clients

Coordinate and acquire relevant materials from client.
Perform site inspection and acquire digital materials for the site, its proximate land marks and other relevant developments.
Conduct a quick market research and procure government documents within the area of study.
Provide an organized record of accurate information obtained in the project period.
Provide visual materials based on the information obtained during research period.
