- Serve as the primary point of contact at the front of house, delivering exceptional service to visitors and staff.
- Efficiently manage all reception duties with diligence and a welcoming demeanour.
- Coordinate closely with the Office Manager and collaborate effectively within a small team.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the firm's operations and client services to enhance visitor experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a reception or front-of-house role, ideally within tech or finance sectors.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; must be highly personable and enjoy engaging with people.
- Highly organised and forward-thinking.
- An appreciation for innovative workplace cultures.
- This is a full-time position requiring a 5-day work week in the office.
