They are looking for an experienced Receptionist to be the main point of contact at their busy front of house.Located in the heart of London, they offer a dynamic and modern workplace environment. This is an exiting opportunity to working alongside an impressive, close-knit team.Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact at the front of house, delivering exceptional service to visitors and staff.
Efficiently manage all reception duties with diligence and a welcoming demeanour.
Coordinate closely with the Office Manager and collaborate effectively within a small team.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the firm's operations and client services to enhance visitor experience.

Who you are:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a reception or front-of-house role, ideally within tech or finance sectors.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; must be highly personable and enjoy engaging with people.
Highly organised and forward-thinking.
An appreciation for innovative workplace cultures.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time position requiring a 5-day work week in the office.
