Excel Recruitment is thrilled to announce we are seeking a Store Manager to join our client’s team located south of Limerick City.This is the perfect opportunity for a Store Manager looking for a fresh new challenge or an experienced Assistant Manager ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate for this job will have a proven track record of management experience in a retail environment and will be passionate about customer service and driving sales.Salary: €50k – €55kResponsibilities:

Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy retail store
Effectively manage staff and motivate them to meet and exceed KPIs
Analyse and understand daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding sales, waste, and margins to ensure the growth and profitability of each store
Ensuring that all regulations and standards are met regarding HACCP, food safety, stock control and waste management
Reviewing staff performance regularly, creating staff rosters, and ensuring overall high standards of the store

Requirements:

Strong communication skills
Excellent team leadership skills
Previous experience managing a team of staff
An ambitious individual with the capacity to drive sales and standards in-store
