Location: SingaporeJOB OVERVIEWThe Social Media Manager role drives the strategic implementation of content and campaign management for both the organic social channel across the global brand portfolio and regional awareness & demand gen initiatives. This role also acts as the student community and brand champion by understanding and engaging our student community, both on behalf of brand partners and directly via Study Group B2C and B2B brand interaction.ABOUT YOU
  • Be responsible for the management of Study Group’s B2B and B2C social media channels, driving awareness of the Study Group brands
  • Drive data-driven insight strategy through performance analytics review
  • Lead social strategy to optimise each channel in its own right as well as at an aggregate level, driving community engagement and building brand love
  • Monitor campaigns and translate data into recommendations for improvements, seeking regular input and feedback from key business stakeholders
  • Be responsible for community management, handling student interactions through social media, engaging and activating audiences via groups, live events and a range of social channels
  • Be responsible for orchestrating & executing local/regional awareness and demand generation campaigns.
  • Manage organic content including ideation, planning, scheduling/distribution of social media content and social media copywriting
  • Lead collation and dissemination of social media insights to key stakeholders in line with business requirements
  • Manage and coach social media specialists with the support of the Digital Manager
  • Ensure team adherence to social media policies and build company-wide understanding of social media policies
  • Amplify our PR coverage through social media distribution and keyword optimisation in social channels
  • Create joint social campaigns with partner brands, working in close partnership with Product Marketing and Source Market teams on social community execution in line with the expected social community strategy
  • Amplify communication messaging through close collaboration with the paid media team on alignment of messaging and timeline.
ABOUT YOU
  • Educated to degree standard, or proven equivalent industry experience desirable
  • Agency or digital services experience is desirable
  • Proven experience in delivering social media campaigns and social community management for international brands
  • Confident presenter and proven ability to effectively communicate technical and non-technical requirements
  • Experience of working on complex solutions in an International Digital Marketing agency or large matrix organisation is highly desirable.
  • Experience using social channels to drive quality traffic to owned media
  • Experience managing a complex and vast network of social media channels, ensuring that the right content sits on the right platform
