- Support Rotork Business System Audits in readiness for system implementation, develop GAP analysis detail and deliver & execute a programme to remove gaps prior to system deployment.
- Coordinate/provide the relevant SME/functional resources as required to support delivery of the D365 /Target Operating Model transformation programme.
- Lead Global, Site Leadership and SMEs through change management to adopt the core D365 operations solution.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to define/validate/sign off requirements/deliverables to ensure our solution meets global best practice or local needs.
- Hold & report upon the consolidated Operations view of progress against solution & business readiness for functional area.
- Drive through activities & decisions as required to be able to sign off solution & business readiness.
- Support coordination of Operations cutover activities for Rotork Factory sites.
- Support the upgrade and implementation of other operations systems as required.
- Act as a point of contact between central Procurement team, factory Procurement teams and the D365 Operations Deployment team for all Procurement process requirements
- Ensure the Operations process and standard operating procedures library is kept up to date, developing new documentation where required.
- Developing Processes to support procurement activity within the live environment.
- Identify and support the development of any required system localisations
- Drive process standardisation, optimisation & best practice on each site.
- Where the change from current ways of working needs to be managed, identify, monitor, and manage any actions required to prepare for and embed the change.
- Advanced knowledge of full Microsoft Suite (especially Excel).
- Familiar with MRP systems i.e., D365, SAP, Oracle
- Experience of working in a procurement environment
- Understanding of internal & cross-functional procurement processes
- Demonstrable track record, and sufficient gravitas and experience, to deliver positive, high impact business outcomes and change.
- Experience working on a substantial change project or upgrade of an ERP system.
- Educated to degree or equivalent level in a relevant discipline.
- Experience of D365
- Knowledge of MRP (Material requirements planning)
- Lean / continuous improvement tools and techniques and demonstrated application in a manufacturing setting
- Strong attention to detail/data input accuracy

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel within the UK and internationally
- Fluent in English
- Fluency in another language (e.g. Mandarin, Italian, German)
