- Analyze brand and market environment through gathering customer insights; identifying drivers and defining segmentation according to customer needs.
- Develop integrated brand strategies and tactical plans defining specific timelines, key performance indicators, budgets and stakeholder responsibilities, aligned with Brand Team direction.
- Implement tactical plans, by managing communications with sales force and cross functional team to ensure marketing objectives are met
- Lead the Brand Team around a brand vision and objectives that are shared by all members.
- Establish “test & learn” culture among team members by creating agile campaigns and tracking KPIs.
- Building and maintaining relations by defining a communication strategy with the Opinion Leaders and Associations as the representative of the brand
- Accurate management of budgets for brand
- Min. 3 years of marketing experience as Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biology etc.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Proficient use of technology including MS Office programs
- Customer focused
- Knowledge of strategic and tactical marketing principles and techniques including digital
